Bea's Story

"My tooth was broken, so I needed to take the tooth out, and I wanted to try an implant. I came to Fresno Oral Surgery because my son, who happens to be a dentist, recommended coming here, and it was the only place he recommended. Living with a broken tooth was very uncomfortable, and I know I needed to do something. I was a little nervous, but then I knew Dr. Chien's reputation, so I kind of was half-nervous — a little bit. Once I got here, I felt very comfortable. The staff, they were so caring and nice. The thing I liked about the procedure that was done — it was not rushed. I was very relaxed. He gave a shot, and I didn't even feel it. The procedure went so quickly. When he finished, I said, "Is that all?" It was kind of enjoyable actually because I was expecting something a little more traumatic. It was very good."
