The Smile You Deserve
Fresno Oral Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implant Center is excited to announce that we are launching our annual Second Chance program. The Second Chance program was created to help a deserving member of the community receive a complimentary and permanent new smile. The program is open to members residing in or near the Central Valley communities of Fresno, Clovis, Reedley, and Madera. We encourage residents suffering from lost teeth or poor oral health who cannot afford restorative treatment to apply. The selected recipient will receive 2 full-arch restorations to replace all the teeth on the upper and/or lower jaws.
Our team of expert oral surgeons will work together to place an entire upper and/or lower arch of dental implant-supported teeth for a long-lasting and healthy new smile. We believe everyone should feel confident in their smile and look forward to providing this complimentary treatment to one deserving member of the community. If you are one of the many residents suffering from poor oral health because you cannot afford treatment, this program can help!
